We Can Help Women Shine By ...

Helping you define, reach and stretch
for the possibilities in your life.

Helping you find the resources to
make your "possible" a reality.

things happen for you.

Teaching you how to win at the game of life.
Helping you unlearn self-defeating and
destructive behaviors.

Providing support groups to work
through issues you must deal with
before you can shine.

Praying for you.

What We Don't Do ...

Provide money to help you
out of crisis situations.

Work harder at helping you
than you are willing to work
to help yourself.

About Woman 2 Woman
Woman 2 Woman is a faith-based, non-profit mentoring, education and referral organization serving women in Camden, Morgan and Miller counties. It was founded to provide a way for women to learn to realize their hopes, dreams and possibilities. Working with the following organizations, we identify women who truly want to help create better lives for themselves and their families. We assign mentors who help show women the way to success. Our thanks to these agencies for helping women shine!

The Key is to Help Yourself
At Woman 2 Woman, we love Sunflowers. They symbolize for us that small seeds can quickly grow into big, beautiful, useful flowers. We help you plant the seed, so it grows strong and tall. You must really want to shine for yourself, not because someone else wants you to do it, or because there is some reward (such as continued social service benefits) in it.

Our 3 Strikes You're Out Policy
One of the most important things we help you learn is that all positive, supportive and successful relationships are built on trust. When you do what you say you're going to do, you demonstrate that you value yourself and those interested in helping you shine. On the other hand, when you say you will do something and don't, you demonstrate that helping yourself isn't important enough to you to make sure you keep your word. We expect you to keep your word. If you don't we must assume you don't have the necessary commitment to help yourself. You will be asked to leave the program the third time you don't do what you tell us you will do.

The Land of the Possible
God has created you with a unique set of special gifts and talents. Though life circumstances may not have been ideal, once you discover that you have choices in everything you do from this day forward, you will discover your God given power to create the life you dream about. At Woman 2 Woman, we call this life the Land of Possible. The staff and Volunteers at Woman 2 Woman are excited about helping you reach the Land of Possible.
